Our ZZPerformance catch can kit is designed to aid in keeping your engine clean and healthy by keeping oil out of the intake tract, supercharger, and intake manifold. As we approach ~20+ years on the LSJ engine it inherently becomes more susceptible to blow by and unwanted vapors entering the crankcase and intake stream. Our catch can kit interrupts the factory fresh air inlet/outlet line with a catch can to capture those unwanted oil vapors. Installation takes only a few minutes and can prevent future throttle body issues and oil coking of laminova cores. 

This is not a replacement for a poor functioning PCV system. We highly recommend you clean or replace your PCV valve prior to installation of our kit. The stock valve is often stuck due to oil contamination and can be cleaned, if it does not function as a one way valve we sell replacements found here. 

Fits: 2005-2007 Chevrolet Cobalt SS. Intended for supercharged applications, may fit turbo applications but may need modification. 

Installation note: When installing the kit verify your Option B outlet hose does not interfere with the supercharger pulley.
